Number Of Mobile Users In Romania Up 0.3% In 2013, Voice Traffic Up 3.3%

The number of active users of mobile telephony increased 0.3% in 2013, to 22.9 million, and voice traffic increased 3.3%, to 63.6 billion minutes, Romanian telecom regulator ANCOM said Wednesday.
