Romania’s mobile telephony market is in a much better condition than 3-4 years ago, as retail clients consumed more and the economy’s revival can be felt in the industry, Jean Francois Fallacher, the chief executive officer of Orange Romania, the biggest player on Romania’s communications market, told ZF Live.
