Posta Romana May Be Designated Universal Postal Services Provider In 2014-2018 Ex Officio

Romania’s telecom authority ANCOM has proposed that state-run postal company Posta Romana be designated, ex officio, provider of universal postal services between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2018.
