RCS&RDS Accuses ANCOM Of Favoring Orange And Vodafone In Tender Documentation

The decision of telecom regulator ANCOM to change a provision in the tender documents for the auction that will decide which operators will offer mobile communications services until 2029 “very obviously favors Orange and Vodafone,” doesn’t have the best interest of the end users at heart and “is profoundly detrimental to RCS&RDS,” Valentin Popoviciu, development manager of cable company RCS&RDS, told ZF.
