Romanian Authorities Have No Idea How To Extend Orange And Vodafone’s Licenses

MobilRom and MobiFon, the current Orange and Vodafone, which launched something that was to become a revolution on the local market, GSM cellular telephony, will see their operating licenses expire next month, but the government has no idea yet how to extend them and whether to do it for free or charge a similar amount to what was paid fifteen years ago, $75 million.
