Samsung Romania: Cell Phone Market Down 10% In First Quarter

Sales of cell phones fell 10% in Romania on the year in the first quarter, but sales of smartphones have increased again, Sorin Manea, head of telecom division of Samsung Electronics Romania, told Ziarul Financiar.
