Visual Fan Eyes At Least 25% Profit Growth After Buying Majority Stake In Intervision Trading

Visual Fan (ALW.RO), owner of the Allview brand, has received favorable approval from Romania’s Competition Council to become majority associate, with an ownership stake of 51%, in the company Intervision Trading RO SRL, the sole distributor in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) of products under Japanese electronics brand AKAI.
