Vitruvian Buys 30% In BitDefender, Values Company At A More Than $600M

BitDefender, a business controlled by entrepreneurs Florin and Mariuca Talpes, which has become the biggest Romanian software company in 16 years and a key player on the global cyber security solutions market, was valued at $600 million as a result of the sale of 30% in it by Axxess Capital to Vitruvian Partners, a private equity firm based in London.
