Vodafone Group Increased Romanian Subsidiary Capital by EUR100M in November 2022

UK’s Vodafone Group, one of the largest global players in the communications industry, decided on November 22, 2022 to increase the share capital of its Romanian subsidiary by RON500 million, a document it published in the Official Gazette of January 13, 2023 shows.
