Three Suitors Vie For Urgent Cargus

Private equity firm Warburg Pincus, Hungarian Post and the Austrian Post are on the short list of companies interested to buy Urgent Cargus, the second largest actor on the courier service and express delivery market in Romania, market sources say. The deal is estimated at EUR150 million to EUR170 million.
