Tinmar Energy Acquires 95% of Intercereal

Electricity trader Tinmar Energy, the biggest entrepreneurial business in the local energy sector, part of Augustin Oancea's Tinmar Group, has acquired 95% of Intercereal, cereal producer based in Ialomita county, according to confidas.ro data.
