Transferoviar Grup To Contract RON5M Loan From Banca Transilvania

Transferoviar Grup, held by entrepreneur Calin Mitica and one of the largest players in the rail transport sector, will contract a loan of RON5 million from lender Banca Transilvania in order to pay off its current debts to tax regulator ANAF, as per a decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
