Vimetco, Conef Offer 383 Million Shares in Alro for Maximum Price of RON2.3B

Romania's financial supervisory authority ASF has approved the prospectus for the secondary public offering of 383,791,140 shares held by Vimetco and Conef in aluminum producer Alro Slatina (ALR.RO), at a nominal value of RON0.5 per share.
