Law firm Wolf Theiss assisted Spanish startup Glovo in the process of the Competition Council's authorizing the takeover of Foodpanda operations in Romania. Romania’s antitrust body officially announced on Friday (Dec 17) that it had approved the acquisition of Foodpanda SRL by Glovoappro SRL, but under certain terms.
