A Constitutional Budget Gap Ceiling Requires Correction Measures

The caps on budget deficit and public debt, proposed for introduction in the Constitution, would be an important step in rendering public finance more sustainable, but correction of potential excess needs to be addressed as well, Thursday said Ionut Dumitru, chief economist of Raiffeisen Romania.
