BT Analyst: Annual Average Inflation Rate, Under HICP, May Accelerate From 1.2% In 2017 To 3% In 2019

The annual average inflation rate, under the harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP), could accelerate from 1.2% in 2017, to 2.8% in 2018 and 3% in 2019, according to a scenario proposed by Banca Transilvania, and updated by incorporating the evolutions in July and the planned reintroduction of the additional fuel excise duties as of September 1.
