Romania Ends 2015 With Budget Deficit of 1.47% GDP, Below Target

Romania's consolidated budget posted a deficit of 10.3 billion lei ($2.47 billion) in 2015, accounting for 1.47% of gross domestic product, below the government's deficit target of 1.85% of GDP.
