Romania Inflation Jumps To 18-Month High On Tobacco, Energy Costs

Romania’s annual inflation accelerated for a second straight month in January to its highest rate since mid-2011, as rising tobacco prices and a substantial hike in electricity bills prevented it from falling back, official data showed Tuesday.
