Romania’s Grain Production Fell 39% In 2012 To 12.7 Mln Tons

Romania’s corn and wheat production fell 52% and 28.4%, respectively, last year and the crop yield was the lowest in the European Union despite the country’s large cultivated areas, statistics institute INS said Friday.
