Authorities May Contract Consultancy For EU Projects Through Restricted Tenders

Romanian public institutions will be able to contract consultancy services for projects that have already been awarded, as well as loans to finance EU projects, through "accelerated" restricted tenders, which allow less time for interested suppliers to respond.
