Barroso: Romania Stepped Back From Edge, New Justice Report To Be Adopted In 2012

European Commission (EC) President Jose Manuel Barroso said Wednesday Romania has stepped back from the edge, but must honor all its commitments, adding that the Commission will continue to monitor the situation and a new justice report will be adopted this year.
