Basescu Advocates Administrative Reorganization

Romanian President Traian Basescu said Thursday he hopes a solution regarding the country’s administrative reorganization will be taken in 2012.

Speaking at a conference organized by financial daily Ziarul Financiar, Basescu said the country's development is hindered, as decisions are taken at county level.

The head of state highlighted he will hold talks on this issue with political parties.
