Basescu: Romania Re-Allowing Public Institutions To Buy Cars Inopportune

President Traian Basescu said Friday the Romanian Government’s decision re-allowing the institutions and public authorities to purchase cars of up to EUR18,000 threshold is "one of the uninspired measures" at the end of the year and a general feature of local governments.
