Chamber of Deputies Rejects Simple Motion On Healthcare

The Romanian Chamber of Deputies on Monday rejected the opposition’s simple motion targeting the Health Ministry.

The motion was submitted in the lower house last week and was signed by 114 social democrats and liberals.

Lawmakers cast 134 votes in favor and 137 votes against the motion, while three MPs abstained from voting.
