Employers Must Get 48 Hours' Notice Before Strike Action – Draft

Employees may start strikes only with at least 48 hours' notice to the employer and only with the consent of at least half of the total number of union members, says a draft emergency ordinance put up for public debate by the Romanian Labor Ministry.
