FOCUS: Romanian Ministries Spend Over EUR500M Per Year On HQ Maintenance

Romania could save up EUR150-200 million every year from the ministries' budgets alone if the Palace of Parliament or other large state-owned buildings housed several such institutions, since they spend over EUR500 million on maintenance for their headquarters.
