Former DIICOT Prosecutor Appointed To Run Property Restitution Authority

Dorina Danielescu, a former chief-prosecutor with DIICOT (Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism), is the new president of the National Property Restitution Authority (ANRP), an institution in charge of billions of euros in compensation. She was appointed by Prime Minister Emil Boc to replace Crinuta Dumitrean, who resigned after a two-year term.
