FP: Sovereign Fund Bill Leaves State Companies at the Discretion of Political Interference and Abuse

Investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP) said in a statement Wednesday it was highly concerned by the bill setting up the general framework applicable to the Sovereign Fund for Development and Investments (FSDI), which disregards corporate governance and transparency principles.
