Ilfov County Council Sues Ministry Of European Funds Seeking EUR260M Compensation

The Ilfov County Council announced on Tuesday that it filed a lawsuit against Romania’s Ministry of European Funds, claiming that its delay to green-light procedures for an infrastructure project resulted in the loss of EUR260 million worth of EU funds.
