Land Improvement Administration To Be Restructured, Laying Off 3,500 Employees

Romania's National Land Improvement Administration (ANIF) will be changed from an autonomous administration into a public institution under the Agriculture Ministry, with the name the National Land Improvement Agency, and will lay off 3,500 of its 5,000 employees.
