Money For Badly Needed Repairs Of Railroad Tracks Can Only Cover 13 Km Out Of 5,900 Km

Almost half the Romanian railway network needs capital repair works, but existing lines have received only EUR18 million from the state budget for such works. The bulk of the overall public money investment budget, of around EUR600 million, goes to the co-financing of European projects for Paneuropean Corridor IV.
