MPs Tacitly Adopt Bill Allowing Secret Service To Conduct Criminal Investigations

The Chamber of Deputies on Thursday failed to secure the necessary quorum to debate and vote on a bill that allows secret services to conduct criminal investigations and the bill was adopted tacitly.
