The 67-page report accompanying the 2012 state budget draft does not include even a single mention of the privatization of state-owned companies and of the sale of shares via the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), even though the government has been promising for two years that it will have the main energy and transport sector companies privatized or listed.
