Orban: All EU-Funded HR Projects Checked By EC Contained Irregularities

The European Commission (EC) checked most of the projects carried out through the Romanian EU-funded human resources development program and found irregularities, unnoticed by the Romanian authorities, in all of them, European Affairs Minister Leonard Orban said Friday.
