Orban: EU Fund Absorption Has Not Improved In Recent Months

Leonard Orban, Minister of European Affairs, said Thursday that Romania's EU fund absorption rate has not improved in the last few months by more than 0.2%, because of the decision to stop sending the Commission bills for reimbursement.
