PM-Designate Victor Ponta Wants To Boost Wages And The Deficit Target Agreed With The IMF

Prime Minister-designate Victor Ponta said, after the “informal” talk with the joint delegation of the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and the World Bank, that there are economic premises for public sector wages to return to the 2010 level, but that this would entail changing the deficit target for this year, set at 1.9% of the gross domestic product.
