Radu Cernov Resigns As Executive Board Member At Transgaz

Radu Cernov has resigned from the position of member in the Managing Board of Romanian natural gas transporter Transgaz (TGN.RO) and will remain board member until the next general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for July 9.
