Romania Extends Agreement Allowing U.S. To Use SE Airport, Harbor For Transit

Romania’s highest defense body CSAT on Thursday decided to extend by one year the agreement allowing the United States to use the Mihail Kogalniceanu airport, the Otopeni airport and Constanta harbor as transit points for the transport of troops and arms to and from Afghanistan.
