Romania May Grant 20% Higher Subsidies To Farmland Owners Who Rent Land To Active Farmers

Romanian owners of unexploited farmland who rent it to active farmers will receive European subsidies plus 20% of the aid starting 2014, European Commissioner for Agriculture Dacian Ciolos said Monday.
