Romania’s EU Fund Absorption Rate Via Transport Operational Program Tops 20%

Romania’s absorption rate of European non-reimbursable funds through the 2007-2013 Transport Sector Operational Program (POS T) has reached 20.7% and the remaining funds can be attracted by the end of 2015, the Transport Ministry said in a statement Monday.
