Romania Seeks to Extend First Home Program to Vulnerable Categories

Romania's subsidized mortgage lending program for first time homebuyers will include 100% guarantees for people in vulnerable categories, compared with the regular 40% loan guarantee, according to a new rule introduced by lawmakers.
