Romania Would Need EUR700M A Year To Double Doctors’ Wages

Romania could increase funds allotted to healthcare by improving service quality and doctors’ revenues, but would need an annual EUR700 million to double doctors’ salaries, Lucian Duta, head of the National Health Insurance House, said Thursday.
