Some Ministries Might Be Allowed To Unfreeze Hiring, Cap To Be Observed – Deputy PM

Some Romanian ministries and public institutions might be allowed to hire more staff than agreed with financial institutions, while the rule whereby only one in seven vacant positions may be filled will still be observed, Deputy Prime Minister Florin Georgescu said Wednesday.
