U.S. Department Of State: Romania Has Problems With Corruption, Biased Judiciary

The U.S. Department of State says, in its 2011 report on human rights practices, that Romania continues to have problems with corrupt public officials, a sometimes partial judicial system, abuse from police and gendarmes, and human trafficking.
